How long does it take for my order to ship out?

Although not guaranteed, orders are typically processed within 24 hours. This does not include custom orders, candles or piñatas. You can view specific processing times on the item listing.


 Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancelations. Our processing times can be very quick, sometimes your order can be processed in as little as 10 minutes. However, please send us an email with your order number, and if we are able to help, we will. 


I failed to pick up my order, can I get my money back?

We do not accept cancelations, any order not picked up within 30 days will result in a forfeit. 


Once shipped, how long does it take for my order to arrive?

Unless otherwise requested, all items are shipped out via USPS First Class Mail.

Transit time is 2 - 5 business days, but not guaranteed. Items are shipped from California.


Help! I entered the wrong address.

Please make sure your address is correct, we ship very fast around here and will not be responsible for an incorrect address. But please feel free to message us, if your item has not shipped yet, we will gladly correct it.


My packaged shows delivered but I have not received it.

Please contact your local post office as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing mail. But if you need further assistance, send us an email. We will try to assist you in anyway possible.


I changed my mind, can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges or returns at this time.


My item arrived defective, fix it please.

We're heartbroken too, but let us fix this. Please notify within 48 hours by sending us an email to with your order number and picture of the damages.
